The demolition and dismantling can be completed so that the outcome is either reusable or scrap. The demolition projects have evolved into a respected, specialized area of expertise - they have become precision dismantling, where the timeframe can be minimized. Taking the special circumstances into account, staying on schedule and abiding the orders of fire and work safety are the core of our expertise. We constantly develop our functions through training of the staff, mechanizing the work and upkeeping a reliable network of subcontractors.

Umacon Oy is a Salonen family business founded in 1988 in Kouvola. With years of experience it is the leading company in complex demolitions of equipment and machinery of the industry, and hauling projects. Lately demolishing and sawing concrete have gained a bigger role in the business. Umacon also has the pinnacle of expertise and up to date machinery on handling concrete.

Every part of the Umacon Oy concept has been build to fit in and complete the big picture. The machine stock consists of inclusive machinery of demolition and transference, and it is renewed constantly. The company and its sister companies in Kouvola own over 10 000 square meters of different premises, 800 square meters of which is in Umacons usage. The regular staff consists of 25 people, but the number may double during projects. We also use the Finnish partners in our projects.
